How can I pay?
We use PayPal as our payment processor. You do not need to have a PayPal account. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.
Is your site secure?
Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we enter your order into our production schedule, make and then send it. We receive your payment through PayPal.
What happens after I pay?
Once payment is received by Holy Heck USA, you will be contacted by Holy Heck USA within 24 - 36 hours after placing your order to confirm your order and provide you with an estimated shipping date.
What are the Shipping & Production times?

Black, Chocolate and Tan Kilt Belts, with no hand stamping = 4-5 weeks to ship

Kilt Belts with Color and hand stamping = 7-8 weeks to ship

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Holy Heck USA ships utilizing United States Postal Service, to ensure your product comes to you safe and sound. Both First Class and Priority Mail services are used. Once the product is shipped, you will receive tracking information via PayPal. Holy Heck is not responsible for delays or damage of products in transit on behalf of USPS due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
As of February 8, 2022, Holy Heck USA no longer ships internationaly through this site. If you live outside of the United States and you are interested in shopping with Holy Heck USA, please visit our Etsy site at: https://www.etsy.com/shop/HolyHeckUSA. We will ship to just about any country via Etsy. Thank you.
Do you accept CUSTOM ORDERS?
We are happy to consider custom orders that are related to our existing product lines. Please reach out to us. After product details are agreed upon, you will be notified of the price quote. Quoted prices will include product description, cost, custom order fee if applicable, estimated production time and shipping costs.
Payment is expected in full before the custom order is placed into the production schedule. Once purchased we will confirm the order and provide a shipping date. Customers are notified by PayPal with their USPS tracking number when the product is complete and the shipping label has been generated.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Holy Heck USA will accept the return of products for an exchange (purchased via this site) within 14 days of buyer receiving the ordered item(s). Holy Heck USA leather products are handmade and many products are made to order. Holy Heck USA will not exchange products that are custom or have personalized components. Only product(s) that are unused, unblemished, and can be resold may be returned for an exchange. *Items On Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How do I measure correctly for a KILT BELT?
*Measure your size while wearing your kilt, pirate, Santa, Cosplay or other costume/uniform/regalia. Belt sizes are determined by measuring where the leather wraps around the buckle to the center hole.
