We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.

Is your site secure? 

Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we enter your order into our production schedule, make and then send it. We receive your money through PayPal.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy? 

No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.

What are the payment policies? 

Once payment is received by Holy Heck USA, your order will be shipped within 1-to-3 days if it is one of our stock items. If the product is not in stock it will need to be made and will be entered into our production schedule. ALL BELTS & MOST SPORRANS ARE MADE TO ORDER. You will be contacted by Holy Heck USA within 24 - 36 hours after placing your order to confirm your order and provide you with an estimated shipping date.

What are the Shipping & Production times? 

Our current production times are currently 1-to-8 weeks depending upon the item. Please contact us if you need something sooner and we will let you know what we can do for you. We attend many Scottish festivals in addition to responding to our on-line customers. We look forward to creating beautiful items for you. Holy Heck USA ships utilizing United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail to ensure your product comes to you safe and sound. Once the product is shipped, you will receive tracking information. Holy Heck is not responsible for delays or damage of products in transit on behalf of USPS due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.


Holy Heck USA utilizes USPS International Priority Mail to ensure your product comes to you safe and sound. This service includes insurance and tracking. International shipping prices vary for each country and as such have been estimated. Holy Heck USA will refund any shipping overages that are over $2.00 by issuing a partial shipping refund once the package has been processed. International shipping generally takes 1 - 2 weeks upon product completion depending on what country you are ordering from, customs, weather, etc. Holy Heck USA is not responsible for delays or damage of products in transit on behalf of USPS due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances or any additional customs, VAT, or other charges beyond postal shipping charges that may be imposed on the shipped product upon entry into other countries outside of the United States of America.

What is the process for CUSTOM ORDERS? 

Thank you for your interest in having a custom piece made for you! After product details are agreed upon by the you and Holy Heck you will be notified of the price quote. Quoted prices will include product description, product cost, and estimated production time as well as estimated shipping costs. Payment is expected in full before the custom order request is released into the production schedule. Customers will be notified when the product is complete and will be sent shipping tracking information. 

What if I need to RETURN or EXCHANGE my purchase?


Holy Heck USA will accept the return of products purchased via this site for an exchange or store credit within 15 days of buyer(you) receiving the ordered item(s). Because Holy Heck USA leather products are handmade and most products are made to order, Holy Heck USA cannot offer refunds on products. Only product(s) that are unused, unblemished, and can be resold may be returned or exchanged.

How do I measure correctly for a KILT BELT?


Holy Heck belts are each handmade. We determine our belt sizes by measuring from where the buckle attaches to the belt (where the leather wraps around the buckle) to the center or middle hole. This measurement equals the length of the belt, which is the size of the belt.

There are a couple of ways to determine your accurate belt size.

1.    The best way to determine your accurate belt size is to measure yourself at the place that you want to wear the belt. This can be done with a flexible cloth measuring tape or with a string that is then measured. If your measurement is 42” then your belt size for this area would be 42. Our belts are sized to the center hole so if you order a size 42 it will be 42” to the third or center hole.

KILT BELTS will primarily be worn with kilts so it is best to measure yourself with your kilt on due to the extra material. NOTE: Measure your kilt belt loops. Our kilt belts are 2 ½” wide. These will fit a kilt belt loop of 3” wide. If your kilt belt loops are smaller, please notify us and we will be able to customize your belt to the width that will fit your kilt belt loops (shipping time may be delayed due to this customization).

2.    Measure a belt that you currently wear. Measure from where the buckle attaches to the belt to the hole that you are currently using. If this measurement is 42” then order a size 42. Our belts are sized to the center hole so if you order a size 42 it will be 42” to the third or center hole.

IMPORTANT: Do not measure the belt from end to end. You will not get an accurate size this way.
