How do I measure myself for a KILT BELT?

KILT BELT SIZING:

To ensure a perfect fit, it’s crucial to measure yourself properly for your kilt belt. Many people mistakenly use their pant size, which leads to inaccuracies. Our handmade belts are custom-fit, so please follow these steps to get your correct size. Factors such as material thickness, overlapping garments, and belt positioning (at the navel or below) affect the measurement.

1. BEST METHOD:

**Wear Your Kilt or Costume:** Put on your kilt, pirate outfit, Santa suit, cosplay attire, or any other costume you plan to wear with the belt.
**Measure Yourself:** Using a flexible measuring tape or a string (which you can measure later), measure where you want the belt to sit.
**Determine Your Belt Size:** If your measurement is 42 inches, then your belt size is 42.

**2. Alternative Method:**

**Use an Existing Belt:** Take a belt you currently wear with your costume.
**Measure Flat:** Measure the belt flat from where the leather wraps around the buckle to the hole you use most often.
**Adjust for Buckles:** If you’re using a plate or trophy buckle, add the distance between the leather wrap and the spike. If this measurement is 42 inches, order a size 42 belt.

**IMPORTANT:** Do not measure the belt from end to end; this will not give an accurate size.

Where are the Shipping & Production times located?

Shipping and production timeframes are listed at the bottom of product listing descriptions and during the check out process. Times vary depending upon the item and whether or not Holy Heck is attending festival. These timeframes are kept up to date. DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Holy Heck USA utilizes the United States Postal Service (USPS). Both Ground Advantage and Priority Mail services are used. Once the product is shipped, you will receive tracking information via PayPal. Holy Heck is not responsible for delays or damage of products in transit on behalf of USPS due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Holy Heck USA does not currently ship internationally through this website. If you live outside of the United States and you are interested in shopping with Holy Heck USA, please visit our Etsy site at: https://www.etsy.com/shop/HolyHeckUSA. We will ship to just about any country via Etsy. Thank you.

What Payment Methods are Accepted?

Holy Heck uses PayPal as the payment processor for this website. You do not need to have a PayPal account.

Your payment is securely made through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this website. Holy Heck will never see your credit card number. Holy Heck receives your payment through PayPal.

We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, PayPal Pay Later, Venmo, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

What happens after I pay?

Once PayPal shows payment has been made and it is received by Holy Heck, Holy Heck will contact you within 24 - 36 hours to confirm your order. Your order then gets placed into the production schedule, it is made and then sent.

Do you accept Custom Orders?

Holy Heck will consider custom orders that are related to our existing product lines.

If custom project is accepted and after product details are agreed upon, you will be notified of the price quote. Quoted prices will include product description, cost, custom order fee if applicable, estimated production time and shipping costs. If everything is approved by buyer and seller an invoice will be sent to you for purchase.

Payment is expected in full before the custom order is placed into the production schedule.

Do you accept Returns or Exchanges?

Holy Heck USA will accept the return of products for an exchange (purchased via this website) within 14 days of buyer receiving the ordered item(s) with the exception of personalized or custom items. Only product(s) that are unused, unblemished, and can be resold may be returned for an exchange.

Items On Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
